HBtrials started in 2003 out of the desire to offer more trials specific products and to help the sport grow in Canada. I was a master's degree student in Physics at the University of Sherbrooke when the shop was started. I worked really hard to get this business up and running and still manage to do the required work at the university to finish this degree (that I still hope to put to good use one day!).

Since the beginning, the goal was to provide quality trials specific products, great service and affordable prices. As a trials rider myself, I always found it hard to get parts for my bike in traditionnals bike shops. This is what pushed me to start my own shop and change things. Helping out riders, bringing new riders into the sport, providing quality parts and getting people back on their bike is what motivate me to continue with this shop.

Since I'm dealing with customer all across Canada, United States and over the world, I'm not set up with a standard brick and mortar store but as an online shop. This allow me to avoid overly expensive rental fees and the saving is directly passed to the customers. It also means that I can maintain a high level of service with customers no matter where they are located. Thoses who've dealt me with before knows that emails requests are answered very quickly and that I'm usually very easy to get hold of on the phone. It's still possible to drop by and check out the parts, but please contact me first to schedule an appointment.

HBtrials is now arguably the biggest trials specific shop in Canada that carry one of the largest range of products from many manufacturers. Towards the years, I slowly built up a reputation for the great customer service and expertise.
