Canada & USA
SHIPPING
We mainly use Canada Post services for all our shipments in Canada. Their services stay according to us the most unexpensive way to ship products. As for our shipments out in the United States, we have chosen UPS.
*Important! The use of any express or prioritairy shipping services, result in the cancellation of any types of free shipping gratifications for one or many products to be purchased.
The evaluation of our shipping costs per product or order are both based on your experience expediting packages. As shipping costs are based on: distance or destination, weight and dimentions of each package, we have therefore adopted a general chart corresponding to the average shipping price per shipment. The shipping costs are always provided to you on our website prior to the completion of you purchases at HBtrials. *Note that at the exception for orders qualified for free shipping, each order placed has a munimum shipping & handling flat rate. Here again, all informations will be available for you to see prior to complete your order checkout.
If you believe that the shipping cost that you paid for your package doesn't reflect anything close to what you should have paid, in terms of: destination, weight and dimensions of your package, please contact us with a proof of comparison and we will reevaluate or perhaps reimboursed the difference between to two shipping cost allocated to your order.
ORDERS DISPATCH PERIOD
When the items are in stock, every orders placed and paid are usually processed within the next 2 to 3 business days. If a delay happens, it's usually because we don't have a specific item listed on your order or it also may be due to some missing or mistaken informations provided to us, such as: order details, billing or shipping informations or else. In either way, you will be contacted an notified about the situation. Please always verify that all informations on your order are correct.
EXPEDIT DELIVERY TIMES
Our packages are generally delivered within a period of 7 business days according to there shipping date.
Brithish Columbia: 2 - 5 business days
Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 4 - 6 business days
Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island: 6 - 8 business days
These time periods are approximations and based on a standard delivery service relative to destinations in Canada only. Know that delays can be experinced time to time for reasons beyon our control. In de case of unusual delay for the reception of your package, please, don't hesitat to contact us and we will communicate with the carrirer immediatly.
