Returns policy

 

      1) We shipped you the wrong item, item that has the wrong colour, wrong dimensions etc...

      If you have received a different item than ordred and specified on your invoice, contact us and we will promptly proceed with the exchange.  Your shipping fees will be reimbursed based on Canada Post Standard service rates.

      To assure the replacement of your item(s), please make sure that all these conditions are respected:

       - The customer needs to contact us within 7 days following the reception of the package

       - The items must still be new, in its original packaging, not been used, installed or damaged...

       - Item must be returned using a trackable shipping method

       - The customer needs to pay the shipping fees to ship it back to us, which will be refunded upon our reception based on Canada Post Standard service rates

      2) You ordered the wrong item, an item that doesn't fit on your bike, that has the wrong colour, the wrong size, you no longer want the item etc...

      As we are not responsible for these types of mistakes, you will have to pay the shipping fees to ship the item(s) back to us. We can't refund the shipping cost for these types of returns but, we will refund the product and all applicable taxes.  It is to know that generally the shipping cost that we charge to our clients is lower than what the shipping companies actually charge.  Therefore, it is possible that shipping back your item end up being more costly than what we charged you prioraly.  It is also to note that we charge a 20% restocking fee taken off the item cost on the invoice. For example, if you bought a 500$+taxes frame and that we proceed the item shipment for free, you will then receive a refund for the amount of 500$+taxes minus our shipping fee if applicable, minus 20% of the cost of the related item on the invoice as for restocking fee.

      Please make sure that these conditions are respected: 

       - The customer needs to contact us within 7 days of receiving the package

       - Items must be like new, in original packaging, not used, not installed, scratched...

       - Item must be returned using a trackable shipping method

       - The customer needs to pay to ship to package(s) back to us

       - The customer needs to pay any applicable brokerage fees if the package is shipped to Canada from another country

       - For complete bicycles there is no possible refunds.  However, we will work the situation with you by finding a better suiting stem, handlebar etc.. to make sure that you get full satisfaction from your purchase.  Return policy applicable on excahnged items.
